Easy as shopping appliances can be. Searched out what I wanted on their website, then went to the outlet / warehouse store and picked it up. That was easy too. Walked in the front door, went directly to the service desk. They took my order, generated invoice, moved to cashier who then directed me to loading docks. My salesman Brit White was a superstar! I told him exactly what Refrigerator I wanted and why. He explained to me why he couldn't sell me what I wanted because it doesn't exist but concluded with a few options that he could deliver to me and why he chose them in detail. When I say detail I MEAN detail! He listened to me so closely that when he made his alternate pitch it included a refrigerator with handles that would match my existing appliances. Mind blown!!! So why only give a 4 star well after receiving such red carpet white glove behind the velvet rope treatment from Brit, I expected the same from cashier when he handed me off. Needed a new washer / dryer with gas hookups. Many places didn’t have any in stock. Hahn had what we wanted for a price we were comfortable. This is our 3rd appliance purchase from Hahn and have been impressed every time. We still shop to compare, but always seem to find our way back to Hahn. Read more >
