Hahn Appliance Tulsa

I recently bought a dryer and a freezer from Hahn Appliances. However, I want to say that I have bought appliances from them for the past 7 years more or less. We are a big family and very rough and tough on our appliances. However, Hahn Appliances has always reliable with great customer service and care. I have had to use the extended coverage insurance (that you buy extra, but completely worth it); and it has always been reliable as well with no weird or shady people. There has even been a time when one appliance was not able to be fixed and they did replace it completely, no charge. Altogether, I say, there is no place better to go for great prices on new appliances with excellent customer service.

Hands down the best place to buy appliances in Tulsa. Had an issue with my brand new dryer…the manager had to get one from OKC…got it here the next day and made me the first install the following day. That’s customer service! Have bought all my appliances here for the last decade and will continue.

Had a great experience at Hahn buying a new oven. They were very friendly and helpful during our in store experience.

The oven was delivered on the day it was promised very early in the delivery window.

The selection was great, prices were good. The delivery driver was professional ,kind, and did a great job. The salesman I bought it from was a bit abrupt,cold, and acted non interested in me as a customer and I came in to buy , not look around. I think he sized me up when I walked in an made an assumption that I was a time waster. Once I mentioned to him that he was a bit rude, he did somewhat apologize and answered my questions and acted a tad nicer. A smile goes a long ways which he seemed incapable of. I won’t let his actions keep me from buying at Hahns and do recommend the company.

I was very pleased with the service my husband and I received from Mike Henley at Hahn in Tulsa. He was took us straight to the freezers. He asked us some questions and showed us the exact freezer we needed. Price was fantastic!!! Helped us with all the delivery & installation dates available that worked for our schedule. He was friendly and not one of those pushy salesmen. That store is packed with beautiful appliances and if you can’t find what you want there it doesn’t exist!

Salesman helped us identify the logical options regarding a new clothes dryer. Purchase process was smooth. Delivery and install went very well.

So far the washer and dryer are good. Just wish I would have got a better walk thought of the settings. Coming from Samsung i am still learning what each setting will do.

I was really impressed with Hahns they have replaced my washer door twice because of a scratch and I had a problem with my washer taking the fabric softener and they replaced my washer for me we had a warranty on it and they were very nice and helpful they didn’t give me any problems at all like some warranty’s do I would definitely buy from them again!!!
