Had a great experience. Our customer service agent Randy was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Good prices and so far good service.

This review is only for the initial shopping visit and my subsequent purchase. Was met on the floor for help almost immediately. Well thought out show room had all the counter depth refrigerators together. No running all over and looking at signs to figure out which merchandise was more shallow. No pressure from the salesman. Good lighting. Only drawbacks: Some merchandise selections were missing their signage and price tag which necessitated a longer wait for the salesman to provide the needed info. Did not see any sales women on the floor when I visited.

Store was clean everyone was very helpful. Our salesperson Jennifer Blackshaw was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. We had a very good experience and would definitely recommend. We will be back again in the future.

Great Experience

I had an excellent experience shopping at Hahn’s with Cody. I had contacted the store and had a live chat with Cody on Friday and then went to store on Saturday. Cody was extremely helpful and polite . He answered my questions and offered some helpful hints. Pointed out different things on the appliance that I was considering purchasing. A very pleasant experience.

The service was wonderful, there was no pressure. Where a lot of places will try to persuade you to buy a certain brand these guys asked your preference. They listened to what I needed and wanted and helped me find exactly that.

We bought a dryer because our old one decided to stop working. In and out in 30 mins. Because of covid everything is on back order so selection on hand is limited. Otherwise friendly people and we will comeback.

Ordered a LG wash eff r and dryer today.
