We had an outstanding salesman who showed us everything we were interested in seeing. He then told us he would be just a short distance away while we looked and talked. He made it easy for us to be able to make our decision to buy the washing machine that we needed!! This is the first time we had ever been to Hahn’s. We will buy from them again when we are in need of any more appliances!!

I already knew the exact gas range I wanted, so I cannot comment on the "shopping" experience. However, the purchasing process was great. Really appreciate a company that gives military and veteran discounts.

Unfortunately after many years we will be taking our buisness elsewhere. :( I've been battling for over a month to get our washer repaired and we are still waiting. No one seems to know what's going on and the lack of communication between hahn, their warranty company and the factory service repair company they use for repairs is astounding!! Very disappointing, we have bought 2 sets of washer/dryer over the last 10 years and use to really enjoy working with them.

Great website and easy to navigate. The chat popped up and without his help I would not have found a microwave to fit my cabinets. But, he found one almost instantly. It was easy and fast to check out.
They could improve pickup. I had to stop and go in three times to get it picked up. Would be nice if that could be streamlined. But a very positive experience overall.
