I already knew the exact gas range I wanted, so I cannot comment on the "shopping" experience. However, the purchasing process was great. Really appreciate a company that gives military and veteran discounts.

Unfortunately after many years we will be taking our buisness elsewhere. :( I've been battling for over a month to get our washer repaired and we are still waiting. No one seems to know what's going on and the lack of communication between hahn, their warranty company and the factory service repair company they use for repairs is astounding!! Very disappointing, we have bought 2 sets of washer/dryer over the last 10 years and use to really enjoy working with them.

Great website and easy to navigate. The chat popped up and without his help I would not have found a microwave to fit my cabinets. But, he found one almost instantly. It was easy and fast to check out.
They could improve pickup. I had to stop and go in three times to get it picked up. Would be nice if that could be streamlined. But a very positive experience overall.

Can't beat the experience, both for variety and customer service. If you've been considering Home Depot or Lowe's for your appliance, ABORT that mission ASAP and get better appliances, more service and lower prices @ Hahn's. (Prices were always $100-300 lower @ Hahn's.) They don't wanna sell you just one appliance, they want you to keep coming back over the life of your home, and they earn it.
