Went in at 12 on Sunday to buy a refrigerator sales lady got what I was looking for showed me exactly what she had the sale was made and completed by 12:15 and delivery was set up for Monday.

Hahn salesman, Jordan Cook, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping me make a decision on a new dishwasher and double oven! Everything from the sale to delivery was perfect!

Had a great experience and great customer service. Thank you.

Friendly service and best prices on the appliances we wanted. Still waiting on an appliance we ordered in December, but it's a GE issue, not a Hahn issue.

Very good experience at Hahn so far. The sales floor did a great job meeting our needs. Amber was an excellent sales associate, she spent time explaining the different models, as well as the pros and cons to those models.

Customer service is great.

I just moved to Tulsa & I was told to go to Hann’s in order to get all the replacement appliances that I needed. The staff on 71st & Hwy 169 were absolutely so very accommodating, and so friendly. Geoff help get all the appliance I needed and was able to match the colors so that all items coordinate together. I called over the phone and spoke with someone in sales who assisted me further when I got home I saw a copper pipe going to the dryer. So I called and they were able to adjust from an electric dryer to a gas dryer. But then the contractor said that’s not a gas line, it’s a water dripping line for the AC unit next to it. So I called back and the staff were able to switch it back and still get it delivered on time.
I will shop at Hann’s from now on!

Thanks,
Kenny

Ordered a dryer from Jennifer over the phone. She was very patient and helped to explain the process and worked out a delivery date that was aligned with a washer we are receiving through our home warranty as well. Great service.
