Great experience for start to end and a terrific price on a new fridge!

We had an excellent experience!! Bought a stove/oven and was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Had a World Class experience today with sales rep Shawn Stensone today ! Shawns knowledge of all the appliances was remarkable. His interaction with us reflects Great Credit on himself, his supervisor and the entire Hahn’s enterprise ! Please extend sincere appreciation to Shawn for Outstanding customer service & care !

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!The washing machine I bought from them that was under warranty had a lot of issues. The washing machine I bought had an agitator in it, they replaced mine with a smaller version without an agitator in it and told me they couldn't give me model I payed for. Also when they delivered the new washer, I signed the paper the delivery guy gave me and wrote that it was the wrong washer on the paper work. The delivery guy told me to keep this washer until they could get me the right one. I waited thinking it was on order. I called and they told me it had been too long to get the right one, and that they didn't have any paper work that I had signed and wrote on that stated I recieved the wrong washer. Very angry that I am not getting what I picked out and paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

We walked into Hahn to price some items for purchase. We were warmly greeted by Amber who directed us to refrigerators - first item we asked about. She didn't 'hover', but said to find her if we had questions. We asked questions when we were ready, she checked about what was in stock, and we actually finished the visit with purchases. It was a great shopping experience.

We looked at multiple big box stores before coming to Hahn. Everywhere else had no stock and/or low selection. We needed a new refrigerator ASAP, as ours was broken and we couldn't wait two plus weeks for a special order to arrive. Hahn got us in and out in no time with a great product and friendly customer service. Would do business with Hahn again in the future and their prices were competitive.

Plenty of choices to choose from. Friendly staff.

Ryan Smith was the salesman at Hahn Appliance that assisted me. He was very helpful with my purchase. I did my complete transaction online.

First time walking into Hahn. They were very friendly but not pushy salesmen. They were polite and knowledgeable. We will use them again for sure.

Super easy, great selection & great prices. The delivery was on time and they took my old dryer.

Jennifer Blackshaw was very knowledgeable and we hashed everything out on the phone before I even came to the store.

I have used the dryer 10 times since delivery 3 days ago.

It's like the best thing to happen to me since....

We were greeted upon entering the store by a salesman. He was very cordial and not pushy! He asked what we were looking for and we told him. He took us to the appliance that we were looking for and gave us an overview of different brands and styles and looked up which one’s they had in stock and which one’s they would have to order.
The service was excellent and I will continue to do business with Hahn in the future.

Had to shop on internet due to complications from accident. Rep I reached on phone was extremely helpful explaining difference in washers I was looking at. I must have called her 5 times. After my purchase delivery was just as professional. I definitely will shop there again for my next appliance.
