I ordered a dishwasher from a competitor and was informed a few days after that the machine I wanted was on back order and no new arrival date was available. They offered me a machine I didn’t want so I cancelled the order.

I called Hahn as I am not able to drive much. Told them what I needed wanted and my price range. The Sales department (Eric) went over and above to get me my dishwasher. It will be installed Friday and I saved 30 dollars in the long run.

Update!!!! My Dishwasher was delivered today and I had the best team of installers ever. Even though it could not get hooked up all the way(old Cooper tubing need a plumber) they installed it as much as possible. Tested to make sure no issues and cleaned up the dirt.

I ordered 3 large purchase appliances over the internet site (oven, cooktop, dishwasher).
Within a 1/2 hour I had been contacted that the order was confirmed and given a delivery date within 10 days of purchase. All with a low installation fee and free haul off of the old appliances. The oven I ordered was not in stock so they offered an upgrade at no additional cost of the same oven but with upgraded features. Great, no hassle customer service.

My dishwasher went out, and I went to Hahn to check out the latest and greatest models. Phillip Colombin took the time to understand what I wanted, and steered me to the models that were a fit. I bought a new dishwasher and it will be installed by Hahn...all within my budget.

Very pleased they had the inventory to let me get just what I wanted. Phillip was very helpful to me when placing my order. I live out of town, so I was able to buy conveniently with a phone call instead of having to drive an hour for an in-store visit. The only disappointing thing is I have to wait eight days because they only deliver to Bartlesville once a week – – on Mondays – – and their docket was full for today. I’m in a real bind because of my refrigerator failing, but other than the slow delivery date, everything was good. Thank you to Philip for exceptional customer service.
