I ordered 3 large purchase appliances over the internet site (oven, cooktop, dishwasher).
Within a 1/2 hour I had been contacted that the order was confirmed and given a delivery date within 10 days of purchase. All with a low installation fee and free haul off of the old appliances. The oven I ordered was not in stock so they offered an upgrade at no additional cost of the same oven but with upgraded features. Great, no hassle customer service.

My dishwasher went out, so I went to Hahn to shop around. Phillip Colombin provided prompt assistance and undivided attention and focus, and got me exactly what I needed and within the budget I gave him. He was knowledgeable and courteous, and took the time to understand what I needed. I highly recommend Hahn and Phillip.

My dishwasher went out, and I went to Hahn to check out the latest and greatest models. Phillip Colombin took the time to understand what I wanted, and steered me to the models that were a fit. I bought a new dishwasher and it will be installed by Hahn...all within my budget.

Very pleased they had the inventory to let me get just what I wanted. Phillip was very helpful to me when placing my order. I live out of town, so I was able to buy conveniently with a phone call instead of having to drive an hour for an in-store visit. The only disappointing thing is I have to wait eight days because they only deliver to Bartlesville once a week – – on Mondays – – and their docket was full for today. I’m in a real bind because of my refrigerator failing, but other than the slow delivery date, everything was good. Thank you to Philip for exceptional customer service. Please convey my appreciation to him for his courtesy, knowledge, and polite, efficient service.

I was looking for a Speed Queen washer and dryer. I own a set at a different location and the washer at our current home died. I needed a washer immediately and I called a different appliance store in two separate cities and they couldn’t get what I wanted for 4-6 weeks. I called Hahn appliance and Josh was very professional and looked it up quickly and said they had plenty of what I wanted in stock. We drove to the showroom and Josh showed us the washer and dryer (I wanted the agitator style washer) and the purchase was quick and easy. We drove to the warehouse and we were encouraged to inspect both the washer and the dryer for damage before they loaded them. We verified no damage and they loaded them. We strapped them down and took them home. The price of these appliances was the same as the other store we had originally contacted so we did not pay more for great customer service,...
