I wanted to order a new double oven wall unit from Hahn Appliance, but was apprehensive about ordering it online. When I found the one I wanted on the computer, there was already customer service asking if I needed help. I was able to communicate online with someone who gave me the phone number to customer service.
I called customer service, and the representative who assisted me, Donathan, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He put my mind at ease within a minute or two, and guided me through the entire process, explaining each step to me in detail. In under 10 minutes, the order was complete, and I felt much more confident after our conversation than I did going into it.
I'm happy to say, (and so grateful, believe me) that my experience with Hahn's customer service department was a pleasant one.

I buy all of my appliances at Hahn Appliances because they have proven to me over the years that they stand behind their products. Great staff in the store, Bobby helped me right away and I found the Washer & Dryer set I needed within 5 minutes. Amazingly, delivery was scheduled for the next day. Delivery crew arrived on time, removed 2 doors to get the units in to my wash room, hooked everything up and tested it with me to verify it worked and there were no leaks. They reattached the doors and were very pleasant and polite. Bonus points: They even interacted with and played with my Husky before they left. I will always go to Hahn for all future appliances!
