My refrigerator was delivered on 26 August. Today, after running for more than 24 hours, it displayed a “Hi” temperature warning even though the doors were closed. I called the store at 4:25 p.m. and explained the problem. The representative asked who my salesperson was and I said Chase. I was then informed Chase was on a call and would call me back in five minutes. I offered to hold but was told their phone system does not allow customers to remain on hold. I reset the refrigerator to 36°F and fortunately it has cooled down and the warning has not returned. It is now after 7:45 p.m. and I am still waiting for that five-minute callback. I previously purchased a washer and dryer from this store and returned because of my past positive experience. Unfortunately, today’s customer service was disappointing. Talk to Jeff he will fix you up great costumer service rather on the phone or in store got me checked out quick I will be coming back here for my appliances we purchased a speed queen washer and a 10 cubic ft deep freeze the speed queen is the way to go cant even hear it run and the deep freeze froze just like it should. Great place to shop

Shoutout to Phil C. For taking care of my husband and me! We got a washer/dryer set and he was very knowledgeable with each appliances sold. He took great care of us and greeted us as soon as we walked in, unlike most places we went to before. We are a young couple and most businesses did not take us seriously as buyers, but Phil was the only one who did!!

Great experience working with Mike Hefley at Hahn Appliance. Great customer service skills and extremely knowledgeable about the products. No pressure approach answering all my questions to ultimately make the purchase. Mike was helpful in getting a delivery that met my schedule. The Hahn installation team of Issac and Justin completed the delivery and installation. Again, very professional, efficient and knowledgeable of the products. Best installation experience ever.
