Bought a washer/dryer combo and a refrigerator. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the appliances. They were able to answer all the questions we had and ease any concerns about whether or not we were buying the right appliances for us. They even priced matched from another competitor and also waived any delivery or installation fees.

We were very pleased with our visit to Hahn's Appliance Warehouse. We went in first for research only, planning on buying online. However, RJ St. Germaine (the associate who helped us) did such an excellent job we ended up going back specifically to purchase from him. There was absolutely no pressure. He contacted us, as promised, with some follow up information and put up with our many questions and changes helping us maximize our rebates. We purchased products we should be happy with for many years. Prices were right in line with those we found online and at other appliances providers.

Unfortunately, the Oklahoma City location was terrible and gave me the runaround. Craig really cares about the customer and doesn’t treat you like your wasting his time. Opie and Josh (the deliverymen) were amazing as well! Great personalities and assist anywhere they can. I will purchase all of my appliances at the Edmond location through Craig going forward!

Salesman Thomas L.found exact item I needed. It was in stock at another location. Options were pick up on Reno or they would transfer to Edmond next day.We chose to drive &Picked up. We were able to install it same day. Even though our purchase was rather inexpensive all employees were very polite & professional. I wish I had shopped here first rather than the box stores.
