Salesman Thomas L.found exact item I needed. It was in stock at another location. Options were pick up on Reno or they would transfer to Edmond next day.We chose to drive &Picked up. We were able to install it same day. Even though our purchase was rather inexpensive all employees were very polite & professional. I wish I had shopped here first rather than the box stores.
