We haven’t even gotten our new washer and dryer set up yet but I went to give this place a good review. Cory was amazing- really I have to go out of my way to tell you how easy and great he was. Never was anything pushed down our throats, no heavy sells tactics, no pushing for financing or any annoying upselling (other than what he’s obligated to do). Picked our washer and dryer, he had them there ready to pick up the next day. Paid the exact price on the quote & left within 5 minutes. Great, easy experience and I will be calling again in the future for other products.
I really hope management sees this bc it’s so refreshing to be able to be pointed in the right direction, have transparency but also shop in peace. We need more people like this in retail & sales!

We absolutely adore Hawn Appliance the only thing we have left to buy from them is a dryer and when it goes out, I’m getting a speed queen to match my washing machine we bought our dishwasher, our stove and our refrigerator and our washing machine from them the ones in Edmond, are phenomenal

2026 update: we just purchased a dishwasher from Justin and again, we are so pleased with our experience! Justin helped me identify which features were most important while staying in our budget. The delivery team were equally excellent: timely and efficient. We love shopping local at Hahn!

I purchased a refrigerator from Hahn and it was delivered this week. When the refrigerator was plugged in, it immediately tripped the GFCI. We plugged it in a different circuit; same result. I called and they said they would deliver a replacement. When the delivery driver arrived (Kenneth R.) he was very professional and asked me a few questions. Once I answered, he thought it might be an issue with the ground wire. His partner (DJ) concurred and they did some troubleshooting and they were right! Saved all three of us a lot of headache - the refrigerator had to be taken apart to fit through my front door. They were professional, courteous, and all around good at their jobs. I was very happy with the service. Thanks, guys! Great job!

First time buying from Hahn. Grant Yarnell was great to work with! The washer I intended to buy was out of stock and was going to take weeks to come in. I needed a new washer ASAP. Grant found me a similar unit that was in stock. With the holidays delivery was almost 2 weeks out. Grant looked at their delivery schedule and made it work. My washer was delivered 4 days later. Great experience throughout the entire process, from the purchase to the delivery.

We like that Hahn is local. We purchased good dishwasher and so far so good. The salesman was nice any not too pushy which I appreciate.

A year ago we purchased all appliances from Hahn upon completion of our house. Our experience with Heather B as our salesperson at that time was fantastic, she was very real in answering our questions and addressing our real life needs. A couple months later our oven began acting up, and after much back and forth with the certified Electrolux technician, we finally had our brand new oven replaced the day before Thanksgiving. This only happened thanks to the persistence of Gaylin in Hahn's customer relations department, I couldn't thank him enough for ensuring our first holiday was smooth in our new home. Fast forward to now, and our fridge's icemaker had been serviced twice in 11 months, at which point Samsung finally reimbursed us for the cost of the fridge. Oche Wright was absolutely the best help I have ever had. He helped me find the perfect speed queen washer! I LOVE this washer! It was the best experience I have had anywhere in a very long time. I highly recommend Oche too everyone! Go see him and ask for him by name you won't be disappointed! I was so Happy with my purchased I got a Oven from him too!

Great choice and wonderful service

We recently purchased a set of new appliances for our home - a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The sales staff were knowledgeable without being pushy, all questions were thoroughly addressed, and the delivery and installation process was seamless.
They were professional, courteous, and took care not to damage any walls or flooring while bringing in the appliances. They also removed all packaging materials. So convenient!!

I’m extremely satisfied with the purchase and the entire experience from start to finish. The appliances are working perfectly, and I feel I received excellent value for our money.
