The process was easy. I found what I wanted on the on line chat and then called the store to confirm. When I arrived the sales associate met us and within 15 minutes our transaction was complete. Purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator.

Adam Brown at Edmond OK is super knowledgeable about built in microwaves. I walked into the store with my trim package for old non working microwave. He knew the EXACT old microwave I had and cabinet opening dimensions of my cabinet just by my trim kit.

He knew what new microwaves would fit my opening.

I bought my new microwave and trim kit from him…. Solely because of his knowledge and expertise. It’s refreshing to find experts in today’s world dedicated to their trade.

Our microwave died. Actually, it would not turn off! I unplugged it, opened up the main circuit board, and saw a burn/scorch mark. So, after some online shopping and research, we ended up over at Hahn's. They had a competitive price and the new microwave was in stock (last one, tho). We paid for it, loaded it, took it home and installed it ourselves. Thanks Hahn!

We went in looking for a specific electric double wall oven with a convection feature. Not only did the sales guy Corey give me time to do my due diligence in checking reviews and pricing in other places, he also price matched a Memorial Day sale a chain store was having to give us the best deal. Between the AWESOME customer service and free delivery, you would be hard pressed to get me to go anywhere else. GREAT JOB, HAHN'S!!!

Ricky “listened with both ears”—was not “pushy” about anything & showed us “best suggestions” for what we expressed. Hahn was quick to arrange delivery (today, I hope!)—& we are pleased thus far!!!!
