Hahn Appliance Edmond

We went in looking for a specific electric double wall oven with a convection feature. Not only did the sales guy Corey give me time to do my due diligence in checking reviews and pricing in other places, he also price matched a Memorial Day sale a chain store was having to give us the best deal. Between the AWESOME customer service and free delivery, you would be hard pressed to get me to go anywhere else. GREAT JOB, HAHN'S!!!

We were greeted by Ricky Brown who listened to what our needs/wants were for appliances as we were moving to Edmond... Ricky “listened with both ears”—was not “pushy” about anything & showed us “best suggestions” for what we expressed. Hahn was quick to arrange delivery (today, I hope!)—& we are pleased thus far!!!! My wife and I had looked at appliances before we needed to buy them at places like Lowes and Home Depot. When it cam time to order them, we wanted to go somewhere and have a comprehensive look at all of the options. We came by Hahn's and immediately noticed the prices were essentially the same as other stores (not sure if it was a bit under or over, but close enough we didn't bother checking our options). They also had a much wider selection than we had seen before. RJ was our salesman. We had questions on several different models and types we were interested in and he did a great job of helping us figure out was was best for us and was incredibly knowledgeable about each and every thing we were looking at. We didn't feel upsold to any high end things we didn't need and in fact ended up buying a fridge that was $1000 less than what we anticipated spending. We will likely be buying all...

Friendly and helpful service.

They were very nice and didn’t follow you around like vultures which was nice for me. When I found the refrigerator I wanted, they were able to tell me specific things about that model that wasn’t on the display. Check out was fast and painless.

The first girl that came to greet me at the door must’ve been having a bad day. I just let her go do her thing but soon Grant came to my assistance and spent well over an hour or two with me weighing my options and checking inventory and delivery times. Hahns had the quickest delivery time in the area which was critical for me. 5 stars to Grant and Hahns

Super great staff! From the time walking in and picking out our appliance to checking out the experience was without fail. We will definitely go back in the future, no reason not to.

Easy Peasy called over to see if they had the dishwasher I was looking for and if they price match. They said yes to both of my questions. Grant told me the features of the unit and price. Their price ended up being the best, so no need to price match. Went in and saw the dishwasher, payed for it and took it home, it took about 20 minutes total to buy and load. Hopefully installation and dishwasher will be as smooth as the purchase.

We purchased a washer and dryer set for our new home here. The employees were nice and helpful and the prices were good. We had an issue with our dryer being damaged during delivery but they quickly rectified the situation and delivered a new dryer the next week.

I thought Grant was very helpful with our selection and ultimate purchase. He was very efficient in the completion of the transaction. Additional he was not the typical pressure type salesman which we appreciated. I would recommend the store and Grant to anyone shopping for an appliance.

We had a great experience! Corey was our sales guy and he was incredibly knowledgeable. We walked in knowing roughly what we wanted and he explained everything so well (…even explained it more than once since we were shopping with two young kids). Overall we had a great experience. Looking forward to getting our appliances installed!
