I am very pleased with the roof repair provided by GKontos Roofing Company. From the initial consult with the owner to the final nail, everything went smoothly. Having researched everything I could about roof replacement, I knew that GKontos was the company for my installation.

They did an awesome job on our roof. Very thorough and professional all the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof done!

It was quite an experience watching the team of guys on the job - everyone worked in synchrony as in a well cheorographed act, each knowing what he had to do. Everything was thought through and professionally executed - you can quickly tell they are a very experienced team. Tarp surrounded the house to allow the old shingles and debris slide to the ground without touching or harming any existing installations; safety harness for all workers on the roof; provision of a dumpster to hold and remove debris from the site; and sweeping the grounds around the house for nails with a rolling magnet. Quite simply, a most professional job and it was all done in a day! I have no hesitation recommending GKontos - so glad we were given the recommendation to contact them.

In 2020 I decided to build a house. Of course wanted to leave my mark on the project, I made a complex roof. I talked to many roofers about applying a metal roof, and finally selected Gkontos. Throughout the process, from estimating, preconstruction, cladding and finally clean up, Gkontos came through with flying colors. Alex, the project manager on my roof, is a very knowledgeable person, who understands home construction from the bottom up, and went the extra mile at every phase to keep me happy.

I am pretty picky, and have an eye for details. This being my own home, I was particularly picky. Each time I brought something up, the team walked me through the process and made it right. I wouldn’t change a thing if I had to do it again.

My experience from Kontos Roofing was nothing but superb. Two friends recommended the company, one who is employed by a construction company. The field consultant Adriel explained in detail the repair. The match with current roof was very close , you could not tell the difference . The office staff were professional . Installers did a great job, clean up was impeccable . Will use Kontos again and will recommend highly to others.

The available financing options they have made it easier for my husband and I to budget out the expenses. Winter install for our home was not an issue for George, Brian, Alex and their crew. Golden pledge warranty requires integrated GAF products installed by certified master installers like GKontos. They were approachable, meticulous and worth it. No one else inspected my attic to preview the roof. No question, beyond satisfied.

GKontos Roofing Specialists just replaced the 3-tab shingles on my roof with GAF architectural shingles. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the shingles and the work to install them. I also could not be more pleased that the replacement was completed within one day even though it became clear after removing the old shingles that the plywood on my roof needed to be replaced before the new shingles could be applied. After watching the roofing crew work and seeing the finished roof, it was apparent why GKontos Roofing Specialists has earned the GAF Master Elite factory certification. The attention to details was exceptional.
Removing shingles is a messy job that creates a lot of debris. To help contain the mess, GKontos Roofing Specialists temporarily hung large tarps from my roof while the old roofing material was removed to help collect the debris. After the tarps...

The crew just left a little while ago and worked tirelessly the day before Thanksgiving starting at 7:30 AM! They were professional, friendly, and courteous! Alex was so great and even though we had many roadblocks he explained everything along the way and helped anyway he could. Truly a fantastic company and I’m so, so grateful for them. To start this review, let me give a little background info. My wife and I closed on a house the 29th of August, our son then was born 2+ weeks early on the 31 of August and we were scrambling to get the house ready and moved into. Lots of painting!

While painting, we discovered a major leak in the attic (the ceiling was paper thin) and that lead to emergency water and mold abatement as well as a complete roof replacement since the home inspection missed a pretty big issue in our attic and never went on the roof to properly inspect.

I called a couple roofing companies, including Gkontos and was pleasantly surprised to see them go in the attic and inspect as well as on the roof and photographed everything. The other companies merely went on the roof only and then gave me an estimate.

I had a quote within 2-3 days and was a little shocked at the...

I couldn't recommend Gkontos more! We're in the process of buying a new home, and asked Gkontos to come out and inspect the roof at the same time as our home inspection. They were literally a life and cash saver. while the home inspector said the roof looked fine from the ground, Gkontos was able to get up on the roof and do a thorough inspection of the roof. Come to find out the roof needed a complete replacement. If it wasn't for GKontos, we would have bought the house and needed to replace the roof right away! Thank you!!
