We needed to redo our roof in order to install solar and this team did an amazing job. They also installed new gutters, downspouts and copper flashing around our chimneys. They didn’t all in one day!

The amount of swift communication back and forth before the install date with my project manager John to iron out specifics about materials and prices was extraordinary. Definitely no rush job here nor any hint of "not having the time" for small questions. After the initial estimate, I decided to have them replace my soffits and fascia as well, and there were a number of possibilities and prices that needed to be gone over beforehand. John was always courteous and quick to answer, and very meticulous with details.

The installation was great with the workers always taking the time to make sure that everything was exactly right. Precise cuts and alignments with all the fascia and soffits.

I recently had my roof replaced in LaGrange, NY by GKontos Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, John Flister and Lorenzo were incredibly helpful. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and even followed up to make sure I had everything I needed.

On the day of the installation, the crew arrived promptly and worked with impressive efficiency and attention to detail. They stripped down the old roof and installed the new one all in the same day, which was remarkable. Most importantly, the cleanup was absolutely immaculate, you would never know a full roof replacement had taken place.

Had my roof replaced by GKontos. They definitely know the meaning of customer service. Right from the phone call to schedule the free estimate to completion. Angel, the salesperson/ inspector, came on time to do the inspection.( note: I had another company come late and insisted I screwed up the time). Angel sent me the estimate that day. Day of the installation, Lorenzo the installation foreman, showed up on time , explained what was going to happen throughout the day. The installers were great. They covered everything. These guys definitely know what they were doing. They were also friendly,courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend GKontos. If I need any other work I am definitely calling them. Just a side note, I live in Highland and I never saw any of their signs or trucks. I found them ,by chance , by reading a google review.

The team that came out to replace part of our roof, due to leaks and a poor prior gutter job, did an excellent job from the actual roofers to the project manager Lorenzo. They worked very hard, cleaned up after the project, even our sky lights, and I would use them when it is time to replace the roof. Carly, their office manager is awesome in communication and an asset to that company. The front end of the process, the team that came out to look, price, and was supposed to be out "go to person" on ensuring the contract was correct and in place, could use some work. Everyone has to learn, but their trainees required more supervision and their supervisor is clearly too busy to do the tasks he was supposed to do to get out project started. We almost walked away from the company because the trainee could not answer any questions and gave us an inaccurate contract. The upfront...

GKontos replaced my leaky enclosed porch roof. They did a fantastic job! They work hard and fast, and when they’re done, you can’t even tell they were ever there!
