The team that came out to replace part of our roof, due to leaks and a poor prior gutter job, did an excellent job from the actual roofers to the project manager Lorenzo. They worked very hard, cleaned up after the project, even our sky lights, and I would use them when it is time to replace the roof. Carly, their office manager is awesome in communication and an asset to that company. The front end of the process, the team that came out to look, price, and was supposed to be out "go to person" on ensuring the contract was correct and in place, could use some work. Everyone has to learn, but their trainees required more supervision and their supervisor is clearly too busy to do the tasks he was supposed to do to get out project started. GKontos Roofing completed a roofing job at my home that exceeded all expectations. The job was performed quickly yet thoroughly with exceptional attention to detail. From the very beginning of the process to the end, their staff was nothing but courteous and professional. Also, not one nail or any other debris was found after the roofing crew left the site, so to say their cleanup process was acceptable would be a complete understatement.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the work of GKontos on the roofing job at our home. From Carley, the administrative assistant, Shawn, the salesperson, George and Bryce coming to our home to measure the skylights, Victor, the on site project manager, everyone was very respectful and made us feel comfortable with our decision.
The crew that came on the day the work was done started at 7:15 am, left 7:15 pm and all work completed, house and detached garage.
The area around the house was cleaned of debris and magnet was used so no nails left where our dog may step on.

George runs a tight ship with excellent employees like Andrew, Kyle, Matt and John along with a full crew of roofers and trucks and equipment to get your home sealed up with the best products to keep the rain, Ice, snow and wind from penetrating for probably as long as you’ll own your home. They work like the professionals they are showing up at 7AM and working till dark if need be. They will leave your property clean enough that your dogs or cats can go about their usual routes without encountering any nails, metal or even fragments of roofing shingles.they take photos during the work on your roof so you can see what they’re removing and what they’re reinstalling. I recommend this company to anybody that wants their roof replaced right GKontos will even get the permits required by your town. I recently gave my brother their number.

The team at GKontos were exceptionally professional and skilled. Greg did a thorough examination of my roof, and provided a competitive quote that met our needs . McKenna coordinated the roof replacement, and was able to squeeze us in weeks early. Josh was onsite the day of roof replacement. He and the roofing team did an amazing job with expert fit /finish all in one day. To top it off, I now have a roof with a GAF gold pledge backed warranty. Amazing job! GKontos was a pleasure to work with. From the people at the office, to those in the sales department, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were very responsive and extremely professional. They replaced our whole roof and were done in a day. The people who did the installation were fast and very knowledgeable. There are no words to express my gratitude to GKontos, and especially Greg, who came today to give me so much great information and advice which was so far from the information I got from the company that originally put on my roof nearly 15 years ago, who now proposed nearly $9000. in repairs and treatment (and then got huffy when I said I would get a 2nd opinion). After calling GAF roofing manufacturers I learned that the warranty for algae was still in effect, something the old rep did not mention. I saw that GKonto was a GAF certified roofer so I called them. Greg was like a breath of fresh air, saying that the repairs quoted by another company were not necessary and some should not be done as to not negate my warranty. When my claim for the algae is approved, I will be asking GAF to assign the work to GKontos. Honest, caring, dependable company. Thanks again Greg.

We had been dreading getting a new roof, but due to evident leaks and an existing roof more than 22 years old, it was time. I got estimates from three different area companies, one estimate was almost twice as high as the other two estimates and GKontos was the most affordable option. GKontos was also the most thorough in inspection, customer service and installation. They were friendly, available and made the process extremely easy. The workmanship and supplies used qualify us for the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty which essentially guarantees replacement materials, labor, cost to tear off, etc. for 50 years! We could not be more pleased with the finished product. From time of contract signature to installation (which only took one day) the process took less than one month. We highly recommend.

Gkontos did an excellent job and applied top quality material. Their folds who I spoke to along the way behaved very professionally and were always courteous and clear. They worked with the material supplier to arrange for a warranty, and entered the application to secure it. The work crew came on the days that were planned and finished the work when they had committed to. When I asked for additional cleanup where there was some minor discoloration of the driveway, they did a thorough job and left it looking very good. They were relatively expensive, but I believe that the premium job and materials make it worth the cost.
