Fusion Cleaning

I've used Fusion Cleaning multiple times and whether the owner himself or employees, they do a terrific job - stains (blood, coffee, tea) are gone.

They are honest as well. If the jobs I requested were under the minimum one hour, they told me. In this way, on one of their visits, a rug that reeked of dog urine ("gifted" by in-laws) was restored to usability. Lovely rug without the smell.

I highly recommend Fusion Cleaning. I’ve used them for general carpet cleaning as well as pet stains. I have a senior dog that has had a few accidents in the house. Fusion came right out and deep cleaned the area. They did a great job cleaning and disinfecting. Prices are very reasonable too.

My vents were so clogged my ac never seemed to work! Today my home is finally comfortable!! Highly recommend Fusion!

After our cat had a stroke, she did the best she could to use the litter box. Unfortunately, she missed. We had Fusion clean our carpets after our cat died. They did the best they could with the information we gave them. Unfortunately, we (the homeowners) weren't aware of the extent of the problem. Scott came back to help us some more. We will know in a few days or so if their ideas worked. I certainly hope they do. Regardless of the outcome, Scott was willing to come take a look at our situation, gave us some suggestions, and then did some more work on the carpets. As we are dealing with cat urine, our situation may require more than Scott can do for us. That outcome is independent of the company itself. Fusion Cleaning came highly recommended to me through a social media site and after my recent experience with them, I can understand why. The young man who came out to clean my carpets was on time, professional and seemed to care about the quality of his work. He spent extra time trying to remove a few stains that would not come out. Unfortunately, the stains could not be removed. Fusion Cleaning followed up a few days later via email to ask if the carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction. I let them them know about the stains and Scot, the owner, came out himself to assess. He then spent 2.5 hours working on the stains, all at no additional cost to me, and the stains finally came up! I highly recommend Fusion Cleaning and will definitely be using them again!
