The online estimate is fast and accurate, the communication is efficient and informative (but not pestering), the staff is courteous, and they do a great job getting the carpets clean - even getting out some tougher stains from doggy accidents. Fusion carpet cleaning has cleaned and stretched our carpets for the last two years.
Scott the owner and Adan are both very professional. This year was a challenging stretching job. Some of our office equipment can't be moved. Adan did a fantastic job!!.We also had some challenging stains. They got them all out.

Amazing work! My carpets and area rug look almost new! I liked that he made suggestions on applications based on my pets, and carpet/rug materials. Also, there is virtually no musty after-smell, keeping your windows open also helps.
