Fusion Cleaning

Update: we did not have warranty on the carpet and Fusion has not responded after several phone calls and voicemail messages, so now there’s still stains on the carpet while the cleaning service was paid for.

Fusion came out and inspected the stains on our carpet. He was able to figure out what caused the stains (as we didn’t know), and tested a spot. When the stain didn’t come out completely, he recommended looking into the carpet warranty instead of letting him complete the cleaning process right now, which was very much appreciated! If we ever need carpet cleaning again, we’ll call Fusion

FUSION CLEANING TOTALLY SCREW UP MY ORDER. I REQUESTED A QUOTE FOR A 2 BD RM 850 SQ FT APT. THE TECH THAT CAME TO MY DOOR HAD A WORK ORDER TO CLEAN 3 HALL WAYS. TECH STATED HE COULD CLEAN MY CARPET BUT NOT FOR THE PRICEE QUOTED. HE WOULD NEED ADDITIONAL MONEY. APPARENTLY WE DIDN'T DO BUSINESS THAT DAY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FUSION CLEANING TO ANYBODY.

Excellent customer service. Courteous and professional. Strongly recommended.

Do not use this company! They quoted me a price on the phone and then jacked it up by $350 the day of the service. From their description of room size I gave them my best understanding, but that was apparently subjective and I didn’t fully understand what size they actually meant. Jacking the price by $350 is absolutely outrageous. I was voicing my frustration and the guy said “I no longer feel comfortable doing the job“ so he canceled it. I learned a hard lesson!

I liked the quickness and the results. I also appreciate that I wasn't pushed to do extra services. Thank you!

Easy booking and they did a great job on our 5 chairs! they looks brand new!

Really bad service. Some secondary crewed showed up. They told me to move all my furniture and I said I wouldn’t be moving my furniture because the carpet is only two years old and I just need what’s visible cleaned.

He got upset and said he doesn’t have to tell me what he does after i asked him how he cleans it. He got upset again. Do not use

I asked him to leave my home immediately.
