We used FRSTeam Butlers 2 years ago. We had water damage to which our insurance company hired a 3rd party who hired FRSTEAM Butlers. They removed every item from our home, even things brand new in boxes on kitchen counters not affected by water. Shower curtains and old 10year Walmart toddler sheets on top shelves of closets again not affected by water. They wouldn’t give us the opportunity to salvage things and 2 years later we still don’t have our stuff and things we haven’t even been to verify if they have or not. We are in a lawsuit because now they want to charge us 25k for literally maybe 2k in laundry and dry cleaning. This company is a scam and they take severe advantage of people in a tough situation. Don’t get involved with this business and if you do be prepared to be in a legal battle with just to get your stuff returned. Read more >

I don't know who to blame for the multitude of the things that happened to our condo after we incurred smoke damage from the condo next door burning. We are retired and only spend the winter months in our condo in Phoenix, Arizona. The fire occured while we were not there and all of the remediation work was done without us being there or any onsite supervision. 2 1/2 months after the fire we were so fruastrated with the whole situation that we decided to sell our smoke damaged place and move. Realize that we had absolutely nothing to do with this fire but because the fire department did not determine the cause of the fire we along with our insurance company have incurred all of the expenses and aggravations for repairing our own condo.
