We used FRSTeam Butlers 2 years ago. We had water damage to which our insurance company hired a 3rd party who hired FRSTEAM Butlers. They removed every item from our home, even things brand new in boxes on kitchen counters not affected by water. Shower curtains and old 10year Walmart toddler sheets on top shelves of closets again not affected by water. They wouldn’t give us the opportunity to salvage things and 2 years later we still don’t have our stuff and things we haven’t even been to verify if they have or not. We are in a lawsuit because now they want to charge us 25k for literally maybe 2k in laundry and dry cleaning. This company is a scam and they take severe advantage of people in a tough situation. Don’t get involved with this business and if you do be prepared to be in a legal battle with just to get your stuff returned. Read more >
