Today I had the pleasure of having a Discovery Health Care call with founder Dr. Leona Allen of Freedom Health Systems. Dr. Allen offers comprehensive, caring ,and compassionate services to clients from all walks of life. Dr. Allen patiently listened to me as I shared with her my health issues. We discussed the importance of weight loss management metabolic health and chiropractic services. I was immediately impressed with the wonderful way in which she engaged me as a client. Her thorough analysis of my current health condition was helpful and concise.

Fantastic Program @ Freedom Health Systems with Dr. Leona Allen. When I came to Dr. Leona, I was mentally troubled, overweight (based on BMI), and my body was out of balance in some areas. I accepted the 90 day/3 month challenge. In the past, I tried other programs and they failed me - therefore, I was determined to, not only, follow this program but complete it. My doctor was saying I need to take the metformin she prescribed and if my cholesterol doesn't come down she was going to prescribe statin drug. I am one who have a problem taking medication that is not going to get to cure but just treat. And the medication has side effects that bring on more issues.
