Fantastic Program @ Freedom Health Systems with Dr. Leona Allen. When I came to Dr. Leona, I was mentally troubled, overweight (based on BMI), and my body was out of balance in some areas. I accepted the 90 day/3 month challenge. In the past, I tried other programs and they failed me - therefore, I was determined to, not only, follow this program but complete it. I had a slightly bumpy start but began to get my footing. I began to see weight loss and feel better - much better!!! Dr. Leona was very supportive and informative through the process.
Now that the Program is nearly over (I have about 3 days left), I can definitely say that it works. I have mental clarity. I have my health goals defined and, the cool thing is, I've lost over 30 pounds. My BMI is now normal - I'm no longer overweight.
