Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

They were fast and friendly. I would recommend them. This was our second time using them. They are a great asset to the community.

Staff was incredibly kind and patient with me while I was there. The fact that it's a local ER was very welcome as well.

Friendly experience staff, short wait time.

The staff was friendly and professional. I felt comfortable for my entire visit. While it's a top-notch medical clinic, I felt like I was getting "hometown" treatment in that I didn't feel like I was being pushed through a maze of hallways where I was just another number waiting my turn. It's wonderful to have such a great facility serving the Fountain Hills community.

I received immediate and professional care from the moment I was admitted to when I was discharged. Every member of the staff was exceptional and my diagnosis and treatment was handled with the utmost care. Thank you to all involved!

I got good care but felt there were more medical procedures than needed.

I went to Mayo the next day and they asked where did I get the bandage wrap from. the gauze had stuck to the leg. When it was removed it started bleeding again. I did appreciate being seen by your doctor.

Staff was personable. Took time to listen. Wait time to get in was negligible. All testing needed, with results, done on site, quickly and explained well.
