Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

Reception personnel are very professional. I was able to be seen quickly and the doctor explained himself clearly. This facility is a great asset to Fountain Hills. It's comforting to know that it's there.

I have been to many ERs over the years and I rate this among the best customer service, knowledge and understanding of my health issues. Thank you for the second time this year in helping me deal with my crises. Wonderful staff and doctors.

We are so fortunate to have a facility like Fountain Hills Medical Clinic in our town. I felt very comfortable using the urgent care services on a Saturday morning. I was treated respectfully, efficiently, and professionally by all staff members. I had a non-urgent medical situation, but have been physically uncomfortable could not get my primary care physician’s attention this past week. Thanks to FHMCAZ, I’m on the mend.

Fountain hills medical center and staff are absolutely excellent. I checked myself in on a Friday night with what turned out to be Covid 19 and the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The facilities are clean and comfortable and they all moved things along as quickly as possible while keeping me updated every step of the way. A few days later my mother was not well and we also admitted her to receive the same incredible service. I am happy to refer anyone not feeling well to this medical center for a wonderful healing experience. Thank you to all the doctors and technicians who made not feeling well feel a lot better than it could have, you are great!!

I had a physical issue that prompted my visit. Check in was easy and wait time was minimal. I saw the dr. relatively quickly as well. Tests were performed efficiently with results back in no time. I was released and would have no hesitation recommending them at all.

Unfortunately had to visit the ER with a debilitating migraine at 3:30 am (day two of migraine). Happy to report three hours later, I feel great. FH Medical Center and Emergency Room is a top notch facility with caring, attentive and proficient staff. Thankful to have a hospital here in Fountain Hills.

Very clean facility. Very knowledgeable employees. I went to the emergency room here for COVID-19 and I was discharged in about an hour or so.

I was sent here by my primary and needed a quick workup and imaging. The staff was thorough, kind and efficient and had my emergency meds to me within the first 30 mins along with all my labs and radiology results. A very pleasant experience for an ER visit.

Quick and easy

What a fabulous place. I was treated with respect, patience and kindness. I wish I could have this team as my primary care group. From the receptionist to the X-ray tech and including the doc and nurses, I have never had such a great experience in a medical setting!

Great experience! No wait. Staff was courteous, professional and skilled. Dr. Schleifer did a through exam. We really appreciated the time he spent fielding questions and explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan. Highly recommend.

The Fountain Hill Medical Emergency Center was, with out doubt, the best ER experience that I have ever had ( and I have had many!)
Everyone was efficient, friendly and professional. Dr. Schleifer was pleasant and caring and my nurse Ragan was wonderful!
It was my first time, but I will not hesitate to use the Center again.

I developed a post surgical infection and sought treatment at this facility. I was seen quickly and treated with IV antibiotics for several hours. Dr. Schleifer was great, and contacted my surgeon for consultation so I avoided being transferred to a hospital. The staff were all courteous, caring and professional, and I was very pleased with the overall experience.

Excellent care! less than 1 minute wait time when I first entered the ER. The staff was great. Basically no wait time once in the exam room.
ER has all the latest equipment to provide quick processing time and readings for CT scans and X-rays. They have a portable x-Ray machine, that will come to you in the exam room. The on-call Doctor was great. Dr. Mead was on duty that evening I was there. The entire staff made sure you feel relaxed and as comfortable as possible, with warm blankets, pillows and even adjusting the lighting in the exam room. I would recommend the Fountain Hills Medical Center ER if anyone may need emergency services.

Staff was great, care was great. Room was spacious and well appointed. AC was sketchy and left the room very humid. Internet didn't work.
