I received immediate and good care. I had to be admitted. I recommend this medical facility.

All but one person was kind. I was in dire pain, and they patiently printed out my medical records because I have many drug reactions or allergies. Doctor looked at my history and prescribed what was safe.

Outstanding facility in every way. All staff very professional and everything done in a timely fashion. The convenience of this facility is fantastic!

Wonderful care and friendly staff and doctor. It was extremely clean and the staff was very efficient.

The staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. They were timely and had our results quickly, however they took the time to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We didn’t feel rushed us out, the entire staff made us feel like they genuinely cared and did a thorough exam. Hopefully we will not have a need to go back, however we will definitely go back if needed. We highly recommend!

I had to go to the FHMCAZ ER because I had Covid and had complications due to underlying health conditions. I was treated immediately, very professionally and felt 100% better when I left than I did when I came in. I was treated fast and the staff and doctors were excellent!

The staff, physicians and other medical personnel made sure that all possible reasons for my pain were checked out; the CAT scan and blood work certainly provided a better picture for my symptoms. I did not feel rushed or just another patient. Explanations were thorough, and concern for my well being were considered.

So happy to Have an emergency room, medical center and staff so close to home. All of the staff was welcoming, warm and extremely efficient. They got me in to a room within minutes of arriving and did a full evaluation. Dr Schleifer was super knowledgeable and caring. The nurses were great!

The staff and center were extremely efficient helpful. Great bedside manner. It is important to have a access to an ER in Fountain Hills. They treated me immediately and competently, without having to drive into Scottsdale to the hospital. It saved me a lot of time. Treatment was immediate. Very important.
