Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

I spent two days going to the clinic trying to figure why I was feeling ill. They did extensive testing the first day, including blood draws for culture work. The second day I returned, they drew more blood. The morning of the third day they called early to alert me that I had an infection in my blood stream and to get to a hospital emergency room for further analysis and treatment. I did that and with the analysis the clinic had already done, the hospital put me on an ..extensive program to eliminate the infection. I have a cancer of the blood, so this could have been a real problem without the testing work that the clinic did. They were professional and definitely knew what testing they needed to do.

Best emergency room I have ever been in. Everyone is incredibly nice and caring! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!!

I was visiting from out of state and had an emergency in Fountain Hills. This was the best ER I have ever been to. Excellent staff! The doctor was attentive and gave me hiss full attention. The nurse was kind and caring. This is an excellent facility.

First visit. Efficient, thorough, professional. Staff from entry to exit were great. They found an appropriate surgeon and hospital on a Sunday! They even managed pain during transport! We are fortune to have them here in town.

First class care. I didn't have to wait either. The town of Fountain Hills is lucky to have this new medical center.

Wow I’m impressed! Unfortunately I’ve been to this ER 2-3X however I completely trust the nurses and Doctors the most recent visit I was treated by Cole, Christine and Dr. Nick they all as a team took great care of me and were compassionate and caring after being there for an hour or two I already started to feel better. I felt heard, I felt I got the care I needed that was very important to me. I mean I could’ve gone to the other ER in Scottsdale but this is closer to my home and I trust the staff there. On a scale from
1-10 I give them a 10 they were fantastic!!

My daughter needed immediate care. No wait times, efficiency and being guaranteed to see a physician at the ER. Very little paperwork and they got me in quickly.
Everyone was beyond amazing, loving, and carrying. When you have an emergency with someone you love, it’s hard to control your nerves. But the staff at this ER Emergency Room services went above, beyond, and further, to make me and my daughter feel welcomed and confident that my girl was well taken care of. I was referred to the ER from Urgent Care at FHMC. After waiting my turn, I was called in and given remarkable care and treatment. That afternoon Dr. Schliefer, the nurses, technicians and support staff were very busy; yet I was treated with obvious competence and efficiency by each one in a supportive environment. Blood work, CT scan and x-ray results were returned in minutes.

I honor the owners and all staff at FH Medical Center. Value added to Fountain Hills!

I have been to the ER twice and had the best ER experiences both times, fast wait time and all the people from the front desk to the Drs are truly helpful and caring. I drive from Mesa to come here even though there are several large hospitals near me I could go to.
