Prompt, kind service on a horrible day for me.

My experience was a positive one. I was admittedly quickly and was seen right away. The staff was efficient and thorough. I was reassured that what I feared was potentially a mild heart attack, was not the case. I was relieved and released. I would recommend the facility to anyone.

Clean, efficient and professional staff

My son seriously injured his hand and we drove directly to Fountain Hills Emergency Medical Center. I was not even able to complete the admissions paperwork before he was taken directly to the examination room and seen immediately by Dr. Schleifer. The care was excellent and everything exceeded our expectations.

While we hope not to have any other emergencies, it's great to know that these services are so readily available and quickly accessible.

Update: I received a call from someone to see how I was feeling. I started to tell her not well and we somehow got disconnected. She never called back and when I tried to call her back I kept getting voicemail. This made me very sad. Went here last night for first time. Do not have enough words to describe my positive and good experience here even though I was in a lot of pain. Shout out to my two amazing nurses who took care of me, Christine and Angelanae. To all the staff thank you.

Fell in my bathroom and needed stitches/staples for laceration on the back of my head..midnight on a Friday night. The exceptional folks working the night shift had me scanned, diagnosed, mended, and out in about 90 minutes! Incredible! What a great asset to our community.
