I like fountain hills ER & Medical center because it's close & convenient to my residence

The service and the staff were incredible. Very kind, great bedside manner in a very stressful time. Very thankful.

This is like going to a mini hospital without all the other patients and waiting for several hours to be seen. My boyfriend and I have been there a few times. Very professional staff and care is on the highest level.

All around great experience. Like the smaller size. I was able to see a nurse and doctor not long after I arrived and filled out paperwork. Nurse, Doctor and X ray technician came into my private room as needed. Every one answered all my questions. If I need to go back I won’t hesitate. Thanks

The personnel were awesome

It was satisfactory. The check-in person was friendly, the nurses were warm, friendly, and informative. The Doctor was nice, but on the cold side, as though your your questions and concerns unimportant or dumb.

I was so impressed how everyone was helpful, kind and friendly. The doctor and staff was amazing, the facility was very clean too.

I have had the misfortune of going to the Fountain Hills ER twice. The first time was for a nasty cut from a hedge trimmer that required stitches. The second time I was having a heart attack and they rushed me in as fast as they could both times and took excellent care of me. The second time they got me stable figured out what my problem really was set up transportation to the hospital got me there took care of admissions. They handled everything they did a wonderful job. The staff there is nothing but top-notch and I can’t thank them enough. THANK YOU !!!!

Caring, friendly and very efficient quick reassurance.

I went to Fountain Hills Medical Center early on a Saturday morning and received excellent care. I was diagnosed and given medication all in about an hour. The staff could be more pleasant highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the facility and staff that made my visit have a positive outcome. We are very fortunate to have this in our community.
