Excellent. Received good thorough care.

The staff here is always so helpful and kind.
Grateful to have an ER in Fountain Hills which eliminates extra travel time into Scottsdale and eliminating being exposed to so many more people in the ER rooms of Honor Health and Banner systems. And if you live outside the Fountain Hills area, it’s worth your time to come to this great kept secret.

Fountain Hills ER and Medical Center is top drawer! From the facility to the parking lot from the awesome check in employee - Amy, to the nurses, to the CT scan tech, and to the doctor, everyone was wonderful, professional, and caring. Highly highly recommend if you’re ever in need, this is the place to go.

Fountain Hills ER and Medical Center was amazing in helping me take care of my daughter. They were friendly, informative, and got us in quickly.

The Fountain Hills ER is amazing. The check in process was simple, there was no waiting, and everything moved quickly. The nurse, xray tech, and physician were all so nice. I felt heard and everyone took their time to understand my issues. Also, it is a full service ER and I was able to receive the services I need. This place is a gem.

Impressed with the efficiency at ER & medical center their excellent nurses and doctors. The Er provides medical equipment to accommodate a patient.

From start to finish, my experience was top-notch! The young lady in the front was very kind. The doctor and his staff catered to me like I was someone special. All I can say is thank you so very much. My questions were answered by the doctor and immediately taken care of. So I thank you very, very much.

Staff is friendly and listens. They have great interpersonal communication skills. Dr. Mead is knowledge and explains thoroughly procedures. He leads the team and they kept me aprised of my status.

I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. All of the staff were fantastic. I was in and out with answers pretty quickly!

One problem I went for weakness and dizzy ness left with diagnosis of heat stress .
Felt much worse that night was admitted to Mayo for heart problems.

The local urgent care sent me here as I needed a CT scan for a concussion. When she originally said I needed an ER hospital I panicked, we all know the nightmare stories about local emergency rooms.
I was amazed at how quickly I was seen. The ER doctor was incredible, very knowledgeable and personable. I was in
And out in an hour, scan was clear. This was my first time ever as a patient in an ER and hopefully last, but I recommend this ER!

I was taken care of promptly. All necessary paperwork went smoothly. Personal made me have confidence in them taking care of me . All procedures were explained completely and they listened to me . I’m hard of hearing and they took extra effort to make sure I heard them.

I loved the quickness because my they had all my history from my primary & I didn't have repeat my medical history. Emily is a fantastic nurse!!!
