Staff is friendly and listens. They have great interpersonal communication skills. Dr. Mead is knowledge and explains thoroughly procedures. He leads the team and they kept me aprised of my status.

I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. All of the staff were fantastic. I was in and out with answers pretty quickly!

One problem I went for weakness and dizzy ness left with diagnosis of heat stress .
Felt much worse that night was admitted to Mayo for heart problems.

The local urgent care sent me here as I needed a CT scan for a concussion. When she originally said I needed an ER hospital I panicked, we all know the nightmare stories about local emergency rooms.
I was amazed at how quickly I was seen. The ER doctor was incredible, very knowledgeable and personable. I was in
And out in an hour, scan was clear. This was my first time ever as a patient in an ER and hopefully last, but I recommend this ER!

I was taken care of promptly. All necessary paperwork went smoothly. Personal made me have confidence in them taking care of me . All procedures were explained completely and they listened to me . I’m hard of hearing and they took extra effort to make sure I heard them.

I loved the quickness because my they had all my history from my primary & I didn't have repeat my medical history. Emily is a fantastic nurse!!!

I LOVE THIS FACILITY!! I was referred here a few years ago when I was experiencing an emergency and the hospital ER wait time was over 5 hours long! I decided to check out FHMCAZ and was beyond surprised that more people don't know about this place! They are equipped with everything most people would go to hospital for without the long wait times!!
I have since been back a few more times and have had the same incredible care from their entire staff every time!!
Dr. Mead and all the nurses and technicians I've encountered are very professional and helpful which made all my experiences much less stressful.
I would HIGHLY recommend coming here for any of
your medical needs.

Very caring lady Dr. I was in & out in 2hrs.
They described antibiotic and cough pills for my upper respiratory infection: They even gave me my first dose there in case my pharmacy was closed…. Very caring nurses & staff!

I loved Fountain Hills ER. The staff and my doctor (I’m sorry I don’t recall his name) were wonderful in all areas. I’ve been twice to the ER and feel blessed to have it so close to my family.

The service was fast and tremendous

Great care, professional, and prompt. I was in and out within two hours from start to finish with an xray included. They did not try to add anything that wasn't needed and made sure I left with everything I did need. and received great care.

Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center is a Godsend to Fountain Hills. It fills a huge void this area needed. Well staffed! Since they opened my wife and I have had 5 emergencies between us that they quickly took care of for us.

We’ve had the occasion to use this facility three times for emergencies and the attention you get there is fantastic and very reasonably and fairly priced. I hesitate to talk about it too much :). - it’s a great little secret with short wait times too!
