Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone expressed genuine concern with my situation, and they all did a great job getting me what I needed. The wait was long, considering the time of night, they were very busy, but still they were very through :)

I walked in and was seen very quickly. Was able to get the information and prescription I was hoping for

I dreaded going in on a Sunday but I had a bad chest cold and was traveling soon. They took me back within 5mins of checking in and both the nurse and doctor were great. Such a great addition to our community.

Ended up at FHMCAZ due a fairly significant AFib (heart) episode. The care I received was top notch and they were able to stabilize my situation in order to send me off via ambulance to the AZ Heart Hospital. Very appreciative of their care.

I was the only patient at the time so I got right in. Everything was done very professionally. I was directed to a 24 hour pharmacy so I could get my meds and make my flight that morning. Very pleased with the care I received.

Dr Schneider is a very capable, educated n excellent physician. He communicates with you to make you understand what & why he is performing a specific act.
Geneva is very professional and is always checking to make sure the patient is ok. She does an outstanding job with a great personality.
Fountain Hills should recognize the benefits of these 2 individuals and for the Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center.

I didn’t give them five stars because they were changing shifts and kinda forgot about me. Not a big deal and I certainly don’t want anyone to get in trouble. The receptionist take a shower bath or no there’ll be a ring. It’ll be a big ring and you’re OK. You see the boy kitty

I received great care from the reception area to seeing Dr. Bair. Everyone i had contact with we're attentive to my needs. I would certainly recommend this Medical Center for your medical needs.

Was there Christmas Eve. Staff was kind and very friendly. Very knowledgeable and the facility was immaculate. My go to ER now. Only a short wait to receive care.

Very good care with adequate testing. The only negative was the waiting and no one coming into room to give updates on what is going on. Dr was friendly as were our first nurse and EMT

I arrived at the ER at 1:10 am with a bad case of constant burping after filling out the paperwork, which took about 20 minutes, this was the only negative as I was in pain. The rest of the process was perfect but lengthy, as I left the ER at 4 AM. I am very grateful for the nurse and doctor who attended to me and helped me

The medical staff was amazing!! 🤩 professional, all-knowing and caring/empathetic!! The best!!! Alice the RN and the MD were the best ever!!! They saved a precious life.
