Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

Everyone is extremely helpful and educated. They are timely and assisted with my issue right. It feels like everyone here really cares and their patients.

The staff were efficient & kind

Wait time to see a Dr. was excellent. One of the nurses was excellent, the other was just ok (always seemed too busy, got some directions wrong).

Administration , nurses, and doctor were pleasant and professional. I rnjoyef my visit as much as a person can enjoy going to the doctor.

Was seen quickly. Everyone was friendly and cheerful. All seemed to want to be there!

My Dr. advised me to go to the ER to get the immediate results for my symptoms. Treated very well and staff is very efficient along with attending Dr. Mead.

Shocking! It was surreal. I walked in filled out paperwork. Waited 3 minutes and was taken back to a room by Nicole the kindest nurse. Then Dr Mead came and everything started. Questions testing and answers. My anxiety stayed at bay because of the people and their great ability to make you feel totally taken care of by skilled hands

I’ve been to Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center twice since they’ve been opened. Both times everyone are great, friendly people, the doctors are very professional, friendly, helpful and supportive. I do recommend everyone that live in fountain hills or near by to visit the clinic if they need help. Highly recommended.

Great service

I was seen quickly after required paperwork was finished. I had broken my arm and was being seen within a half hour. I was in 10+ pain so I really appreciated the caring gentleness shown to me by the nurses and X-ray technician. I had to be referred out to a specialist for further evaluation but at least I knew what I was dealing with. I appreciate the promptness at the FHMC.

Great experience at Fountain Hills ER. They identified the issue and sorted it out. Everyone was very kind. As we were self paying , price was very reasonable. Thank you all!

Really impressed, they took me in right away.
I was expecting an X-rays but had ct scan which shows more than X-rays helps which helps in diagnosis . Will definitely go back if needed. In and out in an hour beats minimum 4 hours at other hospitals

I was miserable with a kidney stone. FH ER took me in at 12:30AM, got the papers for my admitting and the Dr got the basics of my need for medical assistance. The staff was professional, friendly, kept me and my wife appraised of actions to be taken. They did an X-ray of my abdomen. Then determined it was kidney stone that was causing my pain and the swelling of my abdomen. A
Injection for pain made me more comfortable while a drip fed fluid to move the stone. I left FH ER 3+ hours after entering their Medical Center, feeling much better. Thank you.

I went into ER on a Saturday for a calf muscle tear. I was worried about a possible blood clot. The staff was very thorough and timely. They did 2 blood tests and a CTscan that ruled out any clot issues. I was very impressed with everyone that worked with me.

I always try to go to the Fountain Hills ER instead of the urgent care because number one they're always open. Number two, they are a lot quicker than going to any other ER in the area and they will transfer you to the hospital if necessary. You do a great job Fountain hills ER thank you for being here.
