Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

Been to FH ER for myself and with family members multiple times. We have receive excellent care, and will continue to go there when the need arrives. Great addition to our community! Live here since 1975, and it is such a luxury to have an actual urgent care/ ER so close to home.

Everyone was personal, professional, and helpful.

Was seen immediately with a severe hand wound. Dr Mead and Nurse Deb were warm and helpful in explaining the treatment process. They explained everything and I felt they truly cared.
I would strongly recommend them!

Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center is great! They took me in quickly, diagnosed my condition (including a problem that had been missed by a larger ER). After almost an hour searching, they found a hospital that could take me.

Went with kidney stones in real pain. Staff was outstanding from check in thru cat scan, thru treatment including pain killers thru checkout. Communication throughout was excellent. Every staff member was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Was excellent and calming throughout the visit. To have a facility like this, staffed with top quality people in Fountain Hills is a true gift to our community. Highest recommendation

Excellent doctors and nurses!

It was the weekend. I had a small issue that required an X-ray. They were very accommodating. It was incredible to me that our small Fountain Hills has such service available. A real ER 24/7. Well staffed. We are so lucky.

My son received prompt and courteous service.

The staff at fountain Hills ER Medical Center after our initial check-in, which was a little laborious, but obviously documents need to be signed or absolutely fantastic. Both doctors both nurses and both additional staff people were top-notch. I came in with a lot of concerns about my own personal health. I left, knowing I was stabilized and on a path to recovery so again kudos to everyone there that was involved in taking care of me five star.

TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM, WOULD RECOMMEND THEM, THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE SCAN TO RULE OUT CERTAIN PROBLEMS

Fractured my finger and came here for urgent care. Staff was engaged and caring. Wait about an hour due to some chest pain cases that came in before me. Once taken back from the waiting area things went fairly quickly. Would recommend.

I like your clinic because the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The wait is a little long, but one has to be patient. It’s a very nice facility.

Dr Bair was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and informative… also the nurse was very nice as well.

I had a great experience at FH ER and medical Center. They got me in to see the Doctor within 15 minutes of my arrival. They explained everything to me and answered my questions. I was discharged within an hour. I highly recommend this E.R!!
