Fastest ER visit ever!!

I had to visit the emergency room three times while on vacation, and I can't say enough good things about the experiences. From the moment I walked in, I was seen quickly and treated with so much care and respect. All of the personnel (especially Amanda) were absolutely amazing — kind, attentive, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. The treatment I received was spot on, and I left feeling so much better. Thank you to the entire team for making a stressful situation so much easier!

Visit was fast efficient with professional service from all involved

Virtually no waiting. Great nurse. Signed in, met with nurse, had X-ray, saw doctor all within 30 minutes. Only negative was no warm chocolate chip cookies.

Everyone (the check- in person, the nurses, and the doctor) was friendly, attentive, and caring.

Staff was very friendly esp Emily and Karen. Addressed all my issues.

The staff here is knowledgeable, kind and patient. The wait is never extremely long and the care is very thorough.
I am very happy they are conveniently located to my home.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and patient care! I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff and the entire team was friendly, fast, efficient with an excellent bedside manner. Hopefully, I won’t have to go there again soon, but if I do, this is my first choice

I was impressed by your facility, cleanliness, equipment. Personnel were friendly and informative. However I think it would have been nice for someone from the facility to have called to check. I was there on a Monday, informed I would be feeling better immediately and was in bed for the next five days. The 2 meds I was given didn’t do anything and no one checked. Other than that I am still recovering but the experience was good.

I was seen immediately and the staff were professional, and very friendly. Everything from the CAT scan, diagnosis, to checkout was a very smooth process.

I was seen quickly. Expert and courteous care. I went there because I knew they had a cat scan machine and other medical diagnostic equipment. They did a fantastic job. Highest rating possible.

The staff were efficient & kind

Wait time to see a Dr. was excellent. One of the nurses was excellent, the other was just ok (always seemed too busy, got some directions wrong).

Administration , nurses, and doctor were pleasant and professional. I rnjoyef my visit as much as a person can enjoy going to the doctor.

Was seen quickly. Everyone was friendly and cheerful. All seemed to want to be there!

My Dr. advised me to go to the ER to get the immediate results for my symptoms. Treated very well and staff is very efficient along with attending Dr. Mead.

Shocking! It was surreal. I walked in filled out paperwork. Waited 3 minutes and was taken back to a room by Nicole the kindest nurse. Then Dr Mead came and everything started. Questions testing and answers. My anxiety stayed at bay because of the people and their great ability to make you feel totally taken care of by skilled hands

I’ve been to Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center twice since they’ve been opened. Both times everyone are great, friendly people, the doctors are very professional, friendly, helpful and supportive. I do recommend everyone that live in fountain hills or near by to visit the clinic if they need help. Highly recommended.
