I signed up for concrete floor coatings for my garage floor because my garage floor was in an extremely bad shape. Previous owners of the house had a catering business and they used the garage for cooking. The floor was greased and in a very bad shape.
Concrete floor coatings transformed my garage and it looks extremely neat and clean.
They came over to measure humidity, dimensions etc and explained the whole process. This has a 15 year warranty unlike epoxy and is a big upgrade! The warranty is even transferable if the house is sold.

Our 500+ sq. ft. concrete patio was sorely in need of some minor repairs and resealing. After an exhaustive search of options, we chose FloorTech, and WOW, what a marvelous transformation! It was a bit more costly than some lesser options, but the result is worth it. The men that did the installation were very professional and meticulous. No short cuts, and they cleaned up everything when finished. We chose the slate stone coloring and are very pleased with the final product.. And yes, as promised, they did it all in one day!

From start to finish, it was a great experience. They came out to access the garage, gave complete overview and helped understand how the are different than 'the otherguys'. Pricing was fair and now having completed the project it was 100% worth it! Highly recommended!
