The techs, Dave and Joe arrived as scheduled and right on time. I was surprised only two guys were sent to do the job. These two hustled, and worked non-stop. I could tell they took a lot of pride in what they were doing, as if they were working on their own home. They ended up working well into the evening. They rigged lights and everything so they could keep on working. I was impressed, as so many folks depart at quitting time and see when you are available so they can finish up another day. Not these guys. They just kept on working until the job was completed. I waited two days before even checking it out. Wow, I am so happy with the garage. I don't want to put ANYTHING back in it, or let my wife park in it...

Brad was our salesman. He was professional, courteous and prompt in his responses throughout the process. The installers were also professional and courteous. After the installation (had to stay off the floor for 24 hours), I saw that there was overspray on the baseboards and walls. I sent a couple of notes to Sorin, but received no response. I left a message with Brad. He immediately responded and then Nate contacted my shortly thereafter. Nate came out to inspect the situation, and the following day he personally came out and repainted the concern areas. All in, the company did well. The floor looks great. I would have given a 4 for the rating if it hadn't been for Brad and Nate, but specifically because of their attention and response, I gave a 5. Thanks.
