Jeremy Collier was great to work with, not pushy at all, and even answered my question during a non-working hours (via text message). David and Job showed up right on time, did an awesome job, and left the place spotless. Super easy and smooth experience, I’d definitely recommend them!

Brad was our salesman. He was professional, courteous and prompt in his responses throughout the process. The installers were also professional and courteous. After the installation (had to stay off the floor for 24 hours), I saw that there was overspray on the baseboards and walls. I sent a couple of notes to Sorin, but received no response. I left a message with Brad. He immediately responded and then Nate contacted my shortly thereafter. Nate came out to inspect the situation, and the following day he personally came out and repainted the concern areas. All in, the company did well. The floor looks great. I would have given a 4 for the rating if it hadn't been for Brad and Nate, but specifically because of their attention and response, I gave a 5. Thanks.

Great product - great results. We just had FloorTech do a Concrete Coating on our backyard patio, and I was impressed with the quality of the work and how great it looked at the end. Definitely bumped up the look and feel from the old concrete floor. The team was prompt, and they completed the job in a day as advertised. They answered any questions we had both before and during the process, and accommodated some last-minute changes without a quibble. I can't speak to durability yet, but given our experience thus far, I expect it to last for many years to come.

We had some issues come up and they were solved so that we could move forward and stayed on schedule.

Floor tech did an amazing job on our garage floor. We could not be happier with the service and work that was done. Jeremy was great and on time for the estimate and took the time needed to explain everything. The install guys were very respectful and the work came out awesome. Looking forward to having our other garage done in a couple of weeks.

Awesome turn out for the floors. The people came out did there thing and made sure I was updated the whole time. Would recommend to anyone.

The crew did an excellent job overall. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail in the finishing work.
