I'll echo other's positive comments. The floor turned out great. The polyurea/polyaspartic system they use is pretty amazing. Their quote was comparable to other companies who quoted the job. Breann was great and was very easy to work with.

I will mention that while they grind down the floor, they typically don't grind the vertical concrete edge walls. As the concrete crew who originally did my garage four years prior did a sloppy job on the vertical edge walls and left rough splattered concrete on the surface, I did request that FloorTech make an exception to their policy and hit those walls with a grinder, which they agreed to. I have no doubt it would have stuck just fine to the splattered concrete and likely would not have been noticeable, but ultimately I am a little OCD and they worked with me.

I did a lot of research on different companies out there that offer this service. I decided to go with Floor Tech based on their extremely positive customer reviews and pictures. They just finished and did am OUTSTANDING job. I had an old epoxy floor down I did myself years ago so they had to pull all that up first and patch some concrete cracks as well. They were very thorough, professional and explained the process as they went through. I will definitely use them again for future projects and would highly recommend them to others.
