They did a great job locating and mitigating kitchen mold after our disposal broke and leaked under the sink cabinets and under the floorboards. They were fast, professional, and did excellent work! Justin was a great help getting our project set up and helped navigate working with insurance, José was extremely communicative in managing the project day-to-day, and Navin, Logan, Elijah, and Daryl all were easy to work with and respectful of our home. I'll be using them again if I find any more mold anywhere!

Marcellis took my VERY late Sunday night flooded basement emergency call (he was the literal calm in the storm) and Kyle and Navin arrived to begin water removal at 12:30am!
Through every step of an incredibly stressful event the entire First & Last team could not have been more professional, accommodating, and just plain wonderful to work with.

We had an amazing experience with First and Last Restoration after our basement flooded. They were at our house within an hour, which immediately put us at ease during a really stressful situation.

They truly handled everything from start to finish—coordinating whatever was needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Being very pregnant, I was especially grateful for how seamless they made the entire process and how much they helped reduce my stress.

We recently hired First and Last Restoration for a project while our family was away for spring break, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Justin and his team were incredible. They coordinated everything directly with our dog sitter, who had nothing but great things to say about their respectfulness and communication. It’s rare to find a team you can trust with your home while you’re out of town, but these guys are consummate professionals. The work was done to an extremely high standard.. we came home to a job well done and total peace of mind.

We had an issue with mold in our bathroom ceiling. First and last restoration was very prompt and addressed the issue and took care of the mold. Justin was very personable and great with the project management. Navin and Kyle did a very good job with the demolition and clean up work. Thank you First and Last for doing a great job both on mold mitigation and then the repair construction. Davin was responsive and did a craftsmen level job on repairing the walls and floors in the kitchen where the previous team treated the mold. I would recommend First and Last and plan to hire them in the future for remodeling.

We had a pipe freeze and burst during the cold snap and it turned into a nightmare fast. First & Last Restoration answered right away and had a crew out quickly to stop the damage!! They explained everything clearly, helped us understand what insurance would and wouldn’t cover, and handled the water cleanup professionally. The team was respectful, on time, and really knew what they were doing. You could tell they’ve dealt with frozen pipe breaks before. Huge relief during a stressful situation highly recommend.
