After being away for two weeks, we returned home to a flooded basement. I called First and Last that evening. Within two hours, Marcellis returned my call and said that someone would come to our home the next day. The company worked with our home insurance folks. Marcellis and his team were upfront about what to expect and the costs. Jose and Quincey were wonderful during the water damage restoration. Carlos and Devin were professional during the rebuild restoration. Marcellis was always just a call/email away. This company is outstanding.

Kyle and Jose were great. They were on top of communication, explained the process, and arrived as time stated. Very kind and made sure to lay down mats/plastic to keep other areas clean and ensured the room was fully dry.

A big thank you to Allstate for recommending First and Last Restoration. The moment they arrived at our home, I was impressed with their professionalism, respect and concern. They dived right in with saving and moving personal stuff. The very next day, they started the cleanup process. They explained what the next step was going to be. Whether we were dealing with them in person, via telephone or even email, everyone was courteous and would get back to you promptly. I highly recommend them if the need ever arises. Since I had such a positive experience with the owner of this company in the past, I decided to call him when another problem arose. Where to begin? I can't say enough about the service Marcellis and Ross provided. I have worked with other restoration companies in the past. First and Last is by far the best. Their whole team was very professional and attentive. The workers kept the remediation work site clean and isolated, worked with our scheduled availability, and were very respectable. WOW! There is so much to say about Marcellis Mosby and his team at FIRST AND LAST! Awesome business name btw. They took care of my restoration job from first to last. I had a HORRIBLE insurance adjuster, but Marcellis helped out from the very beginning to help communicate and get things moving. This team was professional and got the job done. The process for the insurance was so long, but after getting this situated with them, First and last came thru and grid excellence work. I would highly recommend FIRST AND LAST if you have any water damage of any kind.
