Swept Away Restoration & Carpet Cleaning

We are incredibly grateful to Swept Away Restoration, for several really important reasons. We recently had a burst pipe in our wall between kitchen and TV room (also affecting the garage ceiling!). Referred by Latham Plumbing in Ashland (also one of the best we've had), Joanna and Sequoia with Swept Away a.) responded ASAP, which we learned, is VITALLY important in preventing mold, especially for us, because I have a serious lung disease, b.) they use the best diagnostic tools and equipment to gauge efficiency (blowers, gauges, fans, you name it), came every day to check the progress, created sealed plastic barriers so we could continue living in our home easily without having the temperature too hot, explained everything very clearly so we could understand the process of thoroughly drying everything out , and they are experts with many years of experience and professional ongoing training and certification. In short; they supported us, provided top-notch professional services, answered all our questions, know what they're doing, and gave us EXPERT advice, which we needed, since we had never had this happen in our 47 years together.
