Swept Away was onsite within an hour of our calling them. Our entire downstairs had sloshy carpets from a water back up from our shower. They extracted the water and set professional equipment. From start to finish they accommodated our schedules, were great at explaining what to expect next, protected our house by setting up plastic and did a fantastic job. They even spent the time to educate us with what they were doing, how they used their advanced meters, and how to know our home was dry. We highly recommend them to anyone with a water disaster in their home. Everyone on the crew is professionally trained and it shows.

The experience and knowledge of whats needed to actually break down urine from pets has been a struggle for me to find in the past. I reached out to Swept Away and explained my situation. They expressed that they knew exactly what was needed and that it needed to be treated quickly, but it would be on the pricier side. Knowing from past experience with trying to be cheap with pets accidents never plays out. They were able to come same day and treat the carpet. After a couple days of enzymes doing their work, the smell and stain is completely gone. Their work and experience is well worth the services provided. Thank you so very much.

Swept Away Restoration responded immediately to our request for service, when we had a cracked drain pipe, leaking water through the ceiling of our garage. Joanna came out to conduct an initial assessment of the damage and scheduled Sequoia to do a further inspection the next day. He determined the scope of work needed to dry the area, and installed the dehumidifier the next day. It didn’t take as many days to dry, as expected, so Joanna submitted a fair invoice, which was below the estimate she had originally submitted to us. She provided me with all of the documents needed to file an insurance claim, if I chose to, plus a certificate of completion for future reference. All in all we were very pleased with their work and level of professionalism.
