They were responsive, quick, showed up early, and did a good job cleaning my roof and getting off the mold. The price was a couple hundred more than I would have liked but it will help extend the life of my roof, so it was a worthwhile investment, especially since I would not have been able to do it myself. You can see the before and after. The part under the chimney was clean, because the bacteria can't grow there. They made it so the rest of the roof was that clean.

I had also asked about getting the carpets cleaned on my new house, and I appreciated his honesty that he didn't think it could get very clean and I was better off replacing it, which he can't do. He could have quoted me a price, but he had enough integrity not to promise a job that he couldn't do properly.
