Very happy with the service and Tanner goes above and beyond for his customers! I bought a water softener. Tanner tested my water sample and helped me pick the correct water softener for my house.

These guys are the best! Honest, reliable service and friendly, knowledgeable staff! They have installed my hot water tank, new water lines, submersible pump, pressure tank and hot tub. I highly recommend them for any H2O needs that you have!!!

Bought my lazy boy Dream hottub from Tom and Heather they are great people! And their son Jonathan installed it and never had any problems except a manufacturer defect with one of the pumps and within 6 hours of me noticing it. They were here installing the new one! Thanks again for the excellent service you guys stand behind!

The staff are always very friendly and competent. I brought my water cooler in to get fixed as it wouldn't stay cold. They spent a lot of hours on it getting it fixed for a very reasonable price and now it works better than new. Highly recommend

After having Jay & Chris come and professionally sweep my chimney. A furnace cleaner Will Not return after watching the professionals do it.

Tanner and the staff at Everything H2o were very friendly and accommodating. They let us wet test two different tubs and went above and beyond! Delivery and installation went smoothly and their service team was awesome to deal with! Since our tub has been installed they have still continued to deliver quality service. I highly recommend using this company!!

We had purchased a hot tub years ago from another retailer who has provided terrible service ever since we took possession. In looking for another company to get service and advice from, Everything H2O has been everything we could have asked for, even though we had not purchased from them initially. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. I highly recommend this company for people in the area to deal with, as we drive the short distance from Red Deer to Sylvan Lake to purchase supplies and ask questions from this company.

I bought a used hot tub off kijiji and went to Everything H20 for some support. When it was delivered, it was missing a coupler for the plumbing, and Shawn Cox (whom I thought was the owner because he treats his customers as though he is so much more than a manager) helped me get the part that I needed, got it installed and has helped me every bit of the way since I purchased the tub. Soon, I found out there was a leak in the one of the jet plumbing and Shawn came after store hours to help get it fixed. I tried dealing with one of the local hot tub techs, but he was so busy I never did hear back. Shawn was great and gave an extraordinarily level of customer service to help get things in a working order. I trust that if I would have bought a spa off him, he would have not only made sure everything was working 100%, he would have been there in every step of the way when it came to...

Last December my wife called me at work to tell me once again that our 3 month old coffee maker was taking over an hour to brew a pot of coffee.Was getting tired of buying coffee makers every 3 months,tired of spending $80.00 on fridge filters,tired of the crud building up on the faucets. I called Shawn at Everything H2O in Sylvan Lake. Shawn explained to me all the issues that Sylvan Lake water has and told me about the water softener they designed to deal with the issues.I was reluctant to spend the money for the unit but decided to do it after all. The installation was quick and professional. After the system was up and running the results were beyond expectations. Drinking water, better than anything you can buy,appliances,cutlery,glasses,dishes fixtures all spot free. Best of all are the showers in the morning.Uses way less salt than I was expecting too. Good Stuff!

i have had two friends who recommended the place and they were right on. My delivery was quick and things were put together nicely. He even delivered my Softub and set it up for me and is still teaching me about how to use the chemicals correctly.

I purchased my Softub hot tub here and have been very happy with it. The installation was completed as promised and it's very easy to drop by with a water sample and have them tell you just what you need to do to bring it within the guidelines. I've always found them to be very friendly and helpful and love the Softub!
