Very friendly staff

We purchased our first hot tub from Eversole Pool and Spa in early October 2019. The hot tub was installed on October 11. The owners and others we met at the store were helpful, patient and knew their products. We had a lot to learn about hot tub ownership -- cost, location, maintenance, and use -- and they were helpful on all counts. I made two additional trips to the store for additional information I needed to prepare for the installation and they were quite helpful. I highly recommend Eversole Pool and Spa.

Eversole was a great experience from coming from over an hour away and the owner making a special trip back to the store to meet with us and walk us through the hot tubs.

His staff was very nice and made sure we understood all the chemicals and how to use them going forward with our new purchase before leaving.

The process for the purchase and installation of my Master Spa hot tub was handled with excellence from start to finish. Karolyn spent all the time with me I needed to understand the differences between the tubs and helped me make an informed decision on the hot tub and related issues. The installation team, headed up by Tom, asked many questions of me regarding where and how I wanted the hot tub to be situated. They gave valuable feedback and, once all issues were decided, worked diligently and swiftly to install the hot tub. Tom was also able to detect an erroneous factory setting on my hot tub, which I did not even realize, and had it corrected before the installation was complete. I am glad I went to Eversole for my hot tub purchase and am confident they will be able to provide me with whatever I may need, related to the hot tub, in the future. Thanks Eversole.

Great choice! Karolyn was very informative and did not pressure me in the least bit. She provided insights and personal opinions without trying to sell me. Once I made my selection, the purchase was pain-free and the delivery was very fast after ordering. The delivery crew was excellent- very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I appreciate that Eversole is a local business with ties to the community and that they service what they sell- no need to contact the manufacturer.
