Very friendly and helpful and was able to answer my questions

When we were at the store shopping for the spa they were very helpful and knew the spas they also were not high pressure sales. The guys that came to install the spa were very polite and knew what they were doing and were very professional

Great service from the showroom to the installation.

They were great to work with
Very easy and simple
Delivery guys were great

The spa is excellent. The installation crew were informative and professional. This is our third spa purchase from Eversole. We highly recommend the business and their services. Thanks! Leah Hurley

Very friendly staff

We purchased our first hot tub from Eversole Pool and Spa in early October 2019. The hot tub was installed on October 11. The owners and others we met at the store were helpful, patient and knew their products. We had a lot to learn about hot tub ownership -- cost, location, maintenance, and use -- and they were helpful on all counts. I made two additional trips to the store for additional information I needed to prepare for the installation and they were quite helpful. I highly recommend Eversole Pool and Spa.

Eversole was a great experience from coming from over an hour away and the owner making a special trip back to the store to meet with us and walk us through the hot tubs.

His staff was very nice and made sure we understood all the chemicals and how to use them going forward with our new purchase before leaving.

Great service

Great Products & Excellent Service!

Always been there to help, repair an old spa or put up an old pool table, they continue helping make our spa & billiard dreams a reality!

Great Experience. They know there stuff and are extremely helpful. We will continue to give them our business.

We have had a great experience with Eversole Pool & Spa. They came out and set up our hot tube and took their time and explained everything to us on how to take care of the hot tub and the maintenance. I would highly recommend them to anybody wanting to purchase a hot tub.

great company. trustworthy.

The process for the purchase and installation of my Master Spa hot tub was handled with excellence from start to finish. Karolyn spent all the time with me I needed to understand the differences between the tubs and helped me make an informed decision on the hot tub and related issues. The installation team, headed up by Tom, asked many questions of me regarding where and how I wanted the hot tub to be situated. They gave valuable feedback and, once all issues were decided, worked diligently and swiftly to install the hot tub. Tom was also able to detect an erroneous factory setting on my hot tub, which I did not even realize, and had it corrected before the installation was complete. I am glad I went to Eversole for my hot tub purchase and am confident they will be able to provide me with whatever I may need, related to the hot tub, in the future. Thanks Eversole.

From sales to deliver everyone was awesome to deal with, I highly recommend eversole pool and spa

We purchased a Hot tub from them, and their service during, and after the sale was invaluable! Great people to so business with!

Great choice! Karolyn was very informative and did not pressure me in the least bit. She provided insights and personal opinions without trying to sell me. Once I made my selection, the purchase was pain-free and the delivery was very fast after ordering. The delivery crew was excellent- very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I appreciate that Eversole is a local business with ties to the community and that they service what they sell- no need to contact the manufacturer. I would definitely recommend them over any other dealer in the area.

Great personal service from my family run business. Even leave delivery and set up Crew are employed by Eversole. I definitely advice people to go there for their pool and spa needs.
